Facilitation Technique Training – How to moderate a working group

Facilitation is one of the most effective methods of group collaboration. It involves people in the process of planning, problem-solving, or learning.

By joining this 2 days training, you will learn the following 5 effective techniques to lead a working group:

1. One-Dot question – for participants being attuned, arrived and to express their opinion;

2. Card-Question – collecting and structuring ideas, insights, opinions, information, alternatives, etc.;

3. Multi-Dot question – prioritizing or selecting topics;

4. Vernissage – elaborate important issues, also to visualize group work, and evaluate solutions.

5. Action-Plan – record the results of group work and their next steps

Facilitation is not simply the use of technical aids (Pinboard, cards, pins, dots, etc.). It is a method that shows people how to collaborate interactively with the goal and process in mind to make living, learning, and working together simple and productive.

Being a carrier, this method can be freely combined with any existing and used method and schedule, its parts can be used separately if necessary. The value and attitudes of the people involved in the process are what decisively influences the result.

Facilitation is the visualization, and process control system that guarantees the successful implementation, timeliness, and effectiveness of group meetings, discussions, and collaborations.
