Introduction to Design Sprint for Cross-Functional Teams

Welcome to our series of Prow pre-events, where we’ll tackle the in-depths of product management, development and design. The first pre-event will focus on the notion of design sprint, one of the most popular ideation tools you can use to make sure you build stuff that matters.

Dani Andor is an experienced product designer, who has worked for both local and international companies of various setups, ranging from early-stage startups to enterprise businesses. Dani will introduce you to the design sprint concept to help you get your team members aligned to what, why and how to start building your next prototype. Additionally, he will present a case study from his work where he guided a cross-functional team to generate 6 concepts and 1 interactive prototype in just 2 weeks.
