Design Thinking is a human centered and collaborative approach to solve complex problems, an iterative process composed of the next steps: Understand, Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, Test.

Come along and learn Design Thinking with a team of practitioners!

Mihai Svasta & Roxana Gaibăr will guide you through a real Design Thinking experience.

We are not trainers; we are practitioners.

While Roxana worked during the last 5 years in Innovation and Design Thinking, Mihai had the opportunity to work with IDEO Studios from Palo Alto and San Francisco, with Frog Design and Google Rapid Roll-out Lab, getting familiar with their innovation methodologies in real projects.

• The Design Thinking philosophy and process
• Tools on each of the Design Thinking steps
• Secret ingredients of the practical approach

This is not training; this is a workshop where we will apply Design Thinking to a real topic, and together we will develop prototypes. All methodologies and tools applied are in line with IDEO, Hasso Plattner Institute and d.school of Design Thinking from Stanford.

We will use Zoom, Miro and Menti, to ensure the collaborative spirit in a virtual environment.

Over 1.000 participants from Continental Automotive, OMV Petrom, Sodexo, Boehringer Ingelheim, First Bank, Orange, OTP, Metro Systems, Tenaris, Yves Rocher, MetLife, Adobe and many others have gained hands-on experience with ICG Design Thinking.

Certification:

Design Thinking Kickstart Certificate – upon completion and presence of a minimum of 90%, each participant will get a bi-lingual (Romanian / English) certificate issued by ICG Integrated Consulting Group.

Friendly support:

After completing the workshop, each participant is offered 1-hour online coaching with one of the facilitators to organise their Design Thinking project.

In addition, 3 case studies from 3 Romanian projects from the financial sector, pharma & utilities will be made available to participants.

Language: Romanian. All know how provided: slides, templates, tools, movies are in English as they are the same used by ICG Group throughout Europe.
