Meetup #39: UX Process for Healthcare Apps

Healthcare is one of the most sensitive domains, that’s why when you create software apps designed for hospitals, you need to be aware that the main beneficiary of them is the patient. Those being said, and also taking into consideration the specialized users you are working with, the caregivers, in our case, it is very important to follow a protocol when you are designing apps. It is not rocket science, but it is a process which is followed for each project which has as finality an app which will be used in hospitals.

Andreea describes herself as a curious UX Designer who wants to change the people’s perception about what user experience really means. Until now, she worked on a variety of projects like medical/healthcare for caregivers, telecommunications, digital transformation, e-commerce, marketing, and Artificial Intelligence. She know that it is very important to share findings, and that is the reason why she became a trainer and a speaker.
