18:45 – 19:00 Meet and greet

19:00 – 20:15 “UX buzz words & problem solving, outside of the IT world” by Raluca Barsan, PhD student.

Raluca is passionate about education and problem-solving tools, so when she first heard the buzz word “Design Thinking” in the workshop called “Reshaping learning through Design Thinking”, it instantly clicked.
After working as a continuous improvement specialist for five years she decided to try to apply that knowledge in education.

During this workshop she will try to introduce a new approach to problem solving through a simple practice project.
The key is to experience the whole process from beginning to end so please make sure you allocate a full 75 minutes to attend this workshop.
