The tools for creating persuasive digital products are getting easier to use, with innovation in online video streaming, social media, and analytics. As result, more designers and companies can design experiences they hope will influence people’s behaviors via technology. Many attempts at persuasive design fail because we don’t understand what factors lead to behavior change. We will go through some of the most important aspects of behavior design, behavior economics and how our users rational and irrational decisions can be used to help us create desirable products and services.
