Nadia Piet (NL) will facilitate a hands-on workshop to help you discover opportunities for AI within your organization and develop concepts to gain competitor advantage. You’ll be using the AI x Design ideation card deck and customer journeys to generate ideas, selecting the most potent ones based on assessing feasibility, viability, and desirability, and do concept development in which we plot our logic, and map user needs to algorithmic models.
Going through this process and the exercises, you’ll walk away with a handful of powerful concepts and will cultivate the knowledge and understanding to bring back into your team.

Nadia Piet (www.linkedin.com/in/nadia-piet) is a service designer with a background in digital strategy, coming from a non-technical background. Extensive research, self-study, and collaboration with engineers has helped her to develop a good understanding of AI and how it might be applied across contexts. Nadia is passionate about democratizing access to these technologies, making knowledge accessible, and designing AI-driven applications that put people first. She has worked as a Researcher for Mobgen (Accenture Interactive Amsterdam) and has been a Facilitator for Decoded working with people on topics such as Innovation, Design Thinking and Technology.
